How we use cookies and similar technologies
Last Updated: November 2024
Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They enable the website to remember your actions and preferences over a period of time, so you do not have to re-enter them whenever you return to the site or browse between pages.
Our website uses cookies for the following purposes:
These cookies are necessary for the website to function properly. They enable core functionality such as navigation, access to secure areas, and remembering your cookie consent preferences. Without these cookies, the website cannot operate effectively.
Functional cookies allow the website to remember choices you make and provide enhanced features. For example, remembering your preferences for how the site is displayed or which services you have enquired about.
We use analytical cookies to understand how visitors interact with our website. This information helps us improve site performance and user experience. These cookies collect information in an aggregated form, including the number of visitors, the pages they visit, and the time spent on each page.
Session cookies are temporary and are deleted from your device when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your session while you navigate our website.
Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. They enable the website to recognise your device when you return.
When you first visit our website, you will see a cookie banner asking for your consent to use non-essential cookies. You can choose to accept or reject these cookies. Your preference is stored in a cookie itself (essential for this function) and remembered for future visits.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time by clearing your browser cookies and revisiting the website, where the consent banner will appear again.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can typically:
Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website and your ability to access certain features.
For instructions on managing cookies in your specific browser, please visit your browser's help documentation or settings menu. Common browsers include:
Our website may include content or services from third parties, such as embedded videos or social media features. These third parties may set their own cookies. We do not control these cookies, and you should review the relevant third-party privacy and cookie policies for more information.
In addition to cookies, we use local storage (a similar technology) to remember your cookie consent preferences. Local storage functions similarly to cookies but can store more data and does not expire unless manually cleared.
We may update this Cookies Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated date.
